Event Attendance Terms and Conditions:

3. Compliance with Rules: All attendees must comply with event rules and guidelines provided by the organizers. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
4. Photography and Consent: Photography may occur during events. Attendees consent to the use of their images for promotional purposes. If attendees do not wish to be photographed, they should notify event staff.
5. Liability: Attendees participate in events at their own risk. Event organizers and venue owners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
Commission Purchase Terms and Conditions:
1. Commission Agreement: By purchasing a commission, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined by the artist. This includes details such as pricing, deadlines, and specifications.
2. Payment and Refunds: Payment must be made as agreed upon by both parties. Refunds may be subject to the artist's policies. Failure to pay as agreed may result in the cancellation of the commission.
3. Intellectual Property: The artist retains the intellectual property rights to the commissioned work unless otherwise specified. The buyer is granted personal use rights and may not reproduce or resell the work without explicit permission.
4. Communication: Open and respectful communication between the buyer and artist is encouraged. Any changes to the commission details should be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
5. Deadlines: Both the artist and buyer should adhere to agreed-upon deadlines. Delays should be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements may be made if necessary.
Return and Refund Policy
Commission Refund Policy:
1. Refund Eligibility:
- Refund requests will only be considered under specific circumstances, such as the artist's inability to fulfill the commission or failure to meet mutually agreed-upon terms.
2. Cancellation by the Client:
- If the client wishes to cancel the commission, a partial refund may be considered based on the progress made by the artist. This will be determined at the discretion of the artist.
3. Cancellation by the Artist:
- In the event that the artist is unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be issued promptly. The artist will communicate the reasons for the cancellation transparently.
4. Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the artist via email or other agreed-upon communication channels.
- The artist will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Refunds will not be provided for completed commissions or if the client is dissatisfied with the final product due to a change in personal preferences.
- Refunds will not be issued if the client fails to provide necessary information or feedback in a timely manner, causing significant delays.
6. Communication:
- Open communication between the client and artist is crucial. Any concerns or issues should be addressed promptly to explore possible solutions before considering a refund.
7. Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other force majeure events, the artist reserves the right to discuss alternative arrangements with the client rather than providing a refund.
8. Policy Changes:
- The artist reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
